By accessing or using VyprVPN's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VyprVPN.

2. Description of Service

VyprVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers to protect your online privacy and security. The service includes apps for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, and router support.

3. Account Registration

To use VyprVPN, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or bi-annual basis depending on the plan selected.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All fees are non-refundable except as provided under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team within the 30-day period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use VyprVPN only for lawful purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Violating the intellectual property rights of others

7. Simultaneous Connections

Your VyprVPN subscription allows up to 10 simultaneous device connections. Sharing your account credentials with individuals outside your household is prohibited.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided by VyprVPN, including Chameleon™ protocol and VyprDNS™, are the intellectual property of VyprVPN or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure against all threats, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VyprVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
